Beginning Saturday, September 1 – Share your photos of the Mission Reach!
It’s time to celebrate! The Mission Reach section of the San Antonio River Walk is one of the nation’s largest urban ecosystem restoration projects, and in honor of the five-year anniversary of the October 5, 2013 grand opening, the San Antonio River Authority is hosting a photo contest. We would love to see your photos of the Mission Reach!
In the five years since the project was completed, the growth and success of the Mission Reach has been spectacular! To celebrate, the San Antonio River Authority is seeking photo submissions in six contest categories, each intended to help capture a unique aspect of the Mission Reach success story. The categories include: River; Recreation; Pollinators/Wildflowers; Birds; General; and Student. And since the Mission Reach is a part of the San Antonio River Walk to be enjoyed by everyone, we’ve created a People’s Choice category to give the public a chance to help select a winner too!
From September 1, 2018, through October 7, 2018, by submitting your photos below, you will be helping to celebrate the Mission Reach and you’ll also have a chance to win a prize package from the San Antonio River Authority, with support from REI San Antonio.
It’s as easy as these three steps:
Help the San Antonio River Authority celebrate the 5th Anniversary of the Mission Reach by submitting your photo today!
By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the terms and conditions below. The San Antonio River Authority would like to thank the San Antonio River Foundation and REI San Antonio for supporting this photo contest.
