Vertical

Includes new buildings and renovation of existing buildings.

  • Without Space
    Select if building is more than 80% of parcel size.
  • With Space
    Select if building is less than 80% of parcel size.

Road

Includes sidewalks, trails, new roads, and reconstructed roads.

Park

Includes open space, conservation areas, linear parks, riparian parks, and pocket parks.

  • Park
    Select for standard parks without waterways or creeks.
  • Riparian Park
    Select for parks with waterways or creeks.

Major Drainage

Includes drainage improvements to existing channels and underground storm sewers as well as detention facilities.
