River Reach Community Newsletter
River Reach is a quarterly, 8-page newsletter that is designed to inform SARA’s constituents about the agency’s many projects, serve as a communication vehicle for the board of directors and foster a sense of unity and identity among the residents of Bexar, Wilson, Karnes and Goliad counties.

 Awards
River Reach was recognized with two prestigious awards in 2006: The Bronze Award for External Newsletters from the Texas Public Relations Association (www.tpra.org) and the Bronze Anvil for Newsletters from the Public Relations Society of America (www.prsa.org). The awards were based on the newsletter’s quality, content and effectiveness as a communication tool.
