Reservations

Group Areas:

Group areas can be reserved up to 12 months in advance. Reservations and cancellations will be taken only between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please contact personnel at the appropriate park where the reservation will take place. Individuals making the reservations are responsible for the conduct of their group. Any damages are the responsibility of the individual making the reservations. All park rules apply. The individual reserving the area is responsible for the general clean-up of the area by the expiration of the contract. The site must be returned in the same condition as received. Time period for Group Areas rental is 24 hours beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the reservation date. Time period for The Pavilion rental is 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight. Payment in full is required to reserve a site and it must be received no later than 7 days after making the reservation. **If payment is made by mail, you should receive a confirmation from the Park when payment is received. (Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted.) All applicable park user fees apply. Cancellations: 50% of the payment will be refundable if notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the event. All other cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee. All applicable refunds will be issued by check and should be received in 30 business days.

100% of the rental fee is required to reserve a site. (Reservations made for Easter Weekend will require a 2 day minimum rental.)

The Pavilion The Pavilion is located at Braunig Park. It has seating for approximately 75 persons and comes equipped with electricity and BBQ pits. It is located within 75 feet of a restroom facility and easy access to the playscape. With the tables removed it could be turned into a 22' X 30' covered dance slab. Camping is not permitted in The Pavilion area. Cost:—$75.00

Lake Side Group Area The Lake Side group area is located at Braunig Park. It has seating for approximately 50 persons and comes equipped with barbecue pits and a fire ring for campfires. It is located 200 feet from a restroom facility. Lake Side is located directly on the shores of Braunig Lake, with more than 75 feet of your very own waterfront access. There are more than 10 trees in this area to provide ample shade in the summer. There is ample area for a volley ball game, or a friendly game of horseshoes. Tent camping is permitted in the Lake Side group area. Cost:—$35.00

Big Oak Group Area The Big Oak group area is located at Braunig Park. It has seating for approximately 50 persons and comes equipped with barbecue pits and a fire ring for campfires. It is located 200 feet from a restroom facility. There is a large Oak tree in this area and it provides ample shade in the summer. There is ample area for a volley ball game or a friendly game of horseshoes. Tent camping is permitted in the Big Oak group area. Cost:—$35.00

Shoreline Sites

Both parks will now offer advanced reservation sites appropriate for the individual or smaller family or user group. These sites are clustered along the shorelines of each lake and have been physically enhanced. Sites will cost $8.00 for a 24 hour period during weekdays or $10.00 for a 24 hour period on weekends and holidays
