The San Antonio River Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in any bids received. The San Antonio River Authority also reserves the right to remove any item from this list, at any time. This form, along with the bid sheet, must be completed and submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Surplus Bid”. Any incomplete or illegible form submitted may cause bid to be rejected. Bids are due no later than 5:00 PM Friday March 23, 2011, as indicated on the clock at the reception area of the San Antonio River Authority Main Office, 100 E Guenther St, San Antonio, Texas 78204. Bids may also be mailed to PO Box 839980, San Antonio, Texas 78283. The San Antonio River Authority, however, will not assume any responsibility for bids not received by the due date.
Any item(s) awarded must be paid in full no later than two weeks after award date and picked up at the Martinez II Wastewater Treatment Plant no later than three weeks after the award date. Any item(s) that has not been either paid for in full or picked up within these dates will be awarded to the next high bid. No refund will be given for these item(s). Any item(s) which require a title transfer must be transferred to the bidders name before the item can be picked up. No item will be released until proof of this transfer is provided to the River Authority.
Any item may be viewed at the River Authority’s Martinez II Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1720 FM 1516 North, Converse, Texas 78109 from 9:00AM-4:00PM on March 19th and 20th.
